Terms & Conditions | Cancellation Policy
We accept bank transfer, cash, or credit card (credit card incurs a 2.85% surcharge). All payments must be made in full within 5 working days of the date of travel unless last minute bookings are made in which payment is required immediately upon booking.
Please note that once you have booked a service with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty of 50% of your fare. If you cancel on the day of travel 100% of your fare will be forfeited as we have allocated our drivers and turned down other work to take your job. If you have flight disruptions and need to change dates, we will hold the credit for you and transfer it over to the new date.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your journey. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at bookings@explorextravel.co.nz, texting 021 4444 000, or calling our office at 021 4444 111.
WAIT TIME For airport pickups the drivers will wait a maximum of 90 minutes after the flight arrival. After this time, you will need to make your own way home. Our after hours emergency number is 021 4444 222
